Apartment Renovation

This small and bright apartment on the top floor of an early twentieth century house has undergone a complete renovation in order to adapt it to the needs of a young student who became its owner. The sleeping and living areas have been swapped to create a large living room with open kitchen and a small but comfortable bedroom with a large wardrobe area. The corridor spaces have also been exploited to the maximum to meet the needs of closets and wardrobes, by integrating them into a boiserie in which the access doors to the premises are also camouflaged. The long, narrow bathroom has been optically amplified by placing mirrors on both long walls and equipped with a large mosaic shower. The chosen colors were ral 9001 for the walls, Farrow & Ball's dix-blu for the boiserie, while neutral and light colors were used for the furnishings.
